What services does GolfSurfin.com
offer an employer?

We provide an online recruiting site dedicated exclusively to the golf industry. In addition to our job posting service, we also offer the following:

  • Featured Employer: Make your job openings stand out! The Featured Employer option puts your job postings at the top of the list! And your company gets a prime position on our home page for 30 days. You can take advantage of this important option for only $50.00/month extra.

  • Blast Service: Our blast service was designed to uncover qualified candidates quickly yet professionally. There are 2 types of "Blast" services. One called Golf Candidate Blast applies to golf course positions i.e. Club Management, Sales, Merchandising, Accounting, Golf, F&B, Catering etc.. We'll take your ad and Blast it to our database of approximately 8000 golf candidates currently employed in clubs throughout the U.S. This is an opt-in list of experienced golf personnel.

    The Rep Blast service is used for independent Sales Reps and Sales Management candidates. Your sales ad will be Blasted to our database of almost 3000 independent sales reps actively selling within the golf marketplace. Similarly, your Sales Management ad will be Blasted out to over 2000 golf manufacturing managers currently employed in Equipment, Apparel and/or Accessories.

    Both Blast services include a 60 day posting on our job board along with free access to our resume database and pre-screening test.

  • Target Search: This service is geared to uncovering golf management candidates with a specific skill-set employed in General/Club management, Membership sales, Catering, F&B, Accounting, Golf Director/Head Pro, Merchandising, etc.. Through Target Search we will attempt to contact every qualified candidate in your state/region, starting locally then working our way throughout the state, and apprise them of your opportunity via e-mail. It's like hiring a recruiter for a fraction of the cost!

    Target Search includes a 60 day posting on our job board, a Blast to our database of approximately 8000 golf candidates currently employed in clubs throughout the U.S. , (this is an opt-in list of experienced golf personnel), along with free access to our resume database and pre-screening test. Furthermore, your company will be a "Featured Employer" on the homepage of our website significantly increasing traffic to your posting at no additional cost.

How long will it take before a job opening is placed in the GolfSurfin.com database?
It is posted in real-time.

How long will a job opening remain online?
The amount of time jobs remain online varies. Postings can be purchased for 30, 60, 90 days or even up to a year depending on the purchased package. During that time postings can be modified, edited or deleted.

How does the Blast service work?
Simply chose the Blast service you want implemented either the Rep Blast (for Manufacturer Sales Management positions used the Rep Blast) or Golf Candidate Blast. Once you purchase the blast we will automatically feature and include your ad in the next blast distribution, typically scheduled every 1.5 - 2 weeks. Your ad is guaranteed exposure to thousands of experienced candidates immediately. You'll also receive a 60 day posting on our job board to be completed immediately and free access to our resume database and pre-screening test.

How does Target Search work?
Once a Target Search is purchased, complete the 60 day Job Posting automatically included with your purchase and the Search will begin with 48 hours.Your company will be a "Featured Employer" on our home-page and your ad will be included within the next Blast to our database of approximately 8000 golf candidates currently employed in clubs throughout the U.S. We will provide you with weekly updates regarding the progress of our search.

What is the “Featured Employer” option?
This option will make your job openings stand out! The Featured Employer option puts your job postings at the top of the list! And your company get a prime position on our home page for 30 days. You can take advantage of this important option for only $50.00/month extra.

How do candidates apply for the positions?
The candidates will be directed to an email address for your company. This can be your actual address of or an anonymous email set up by you to screen out the candidates. Check with your company’s MIS director to set up email aliases.

What is the pre-screening option?
GolfSurfin.com will pre-screen the candidates by giving them any individualized test that is written to meet your specific needs. The prices for the option is based upon the complexity of the pre-screening test. Please email us for a quote at Recruitment@GolfSurfin.com
